Privacy policy.
We’re a family-run restaurant. We collect only what we need to answer you and to send the emails you ask for — and we never sell your information.
What we collect
- Email list: your email address and, if you choose, your first name and birthday (month and day). We also record when and where you signed up and the consent wording you agreed to.
- Event inquiries and job applications: the details you type into the form (name, contact details, event or job details, and any résumé you attach).
- Website statistics: we use Plausible Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not collect personal information. It counts page views and clicks (for example, how many people tap “Reserve”) in aggregate.
How we use it
- To send the emails you signed up for — news, specials, events and your birthday dessert offer.
- To reply to your event inquiry or job application.
- To understand which pages and offers are useful, so we can improve the website.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We don’t send text messages unless you separately agree to them.
Who processes it for us
Our website and forms run on Amazon Web Services (AWS), and emails are sent through AWS or our restaurant point-of-sale provider’s email tools. Reservations are handled by OpenTable and online orders by Toast — when you use those services, their own privacy policies apply.
Unsubscribing and your choices
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to update or delete your information at any time by replying to any of our emails or calling (312) 614-9902.
How long we keep it
We keep email-list details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, and form messages only as long as needed to respond.
Children
Our email list is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
